We possess 3 young and middle-aged experts of outstanding ability of great cause, 3 with PMP certificate, 2 with Australia MPD certificate, 5 Australia RPM registered project managers, 5 senior engineers with professor title and 20 senior and medium technicians.
We have devoted in development and investment in human resources and valued talents as the base of foundation, competition and development. In accordance with our features, we have carried out staff occupational development ways and career design. Based on three ways to career of “enterprise management, project management and technology”, the company has provided career development structure with training investment of more than ￥100,000 to create various training and education opportunities for all levels of staff. So far, the employees with degrees or diploma are as follows: 2 with EMBA, more than 10 with ME, 8 with MBA, 3 with PMP, 2 with MPD and 4 with RPM.
